Step 1:
Please use the chewie every time you put on the aligner. Before chewing, make sure to wear the aligner correctly otherwise the aligner get damaged.
Step 2:
Gradually move the chewie from one side of the mouth to the other. Make sure you bite on every teeth using a chewie.
Step 3:
After use, clean the chewie and store it in the aligner box.
